As well as cutlery, we will offer an authentic professional Japanese whetstone knife sharpening service for our customers.
Coutelier NOLA will offer a line of the daily tools chefs need, such as antique plating spoons, moleskines, scissors, peelers, microplanes, tweezers, custom leather and canvas aprons and knife-rolls, etc.
We want to create a quality one-stop shop for culinary professionals.
