SMX Personal Training is a personal training studio that prides itself in delivering noticeable results in a very safe, effective, and efficient manner. Most of our clients only need to train with us once or twice per week for approximately 30 minutes per workout to achieve substantial changes it their health and physical appearance. These changes include the reduction of body fat, increased muscle tone and strength, enhanced cardiovascular health, the prevention of osteoporosis, and many other benefits.
We have recently undergone an extensive renovation of our studio, which included approx. 25 new MedX and Nautilus resistance training exercise machines. Those "in the know" recognize these as the absolute best training equipment on the market today.
We also now offer SMX BURN. At the heart of SMX Burn is the BODY BURN class. This session is available for 1 to 3 people. During this supervised session, you can burn more calories per minute than with any other exercise equipment (Versa Climber, Jacob's Ladder, Marpo Endless Rope Trainer). Your cardiovascular system, endurance, and resting heart rate will experience tremendous improvements. Your heart zones and caloric "burn" will be monitored in real time during your workout and the stats from your workout emailed to you after each session.
