Family-owned and operated since 1971, the Steak Knife specializes in seafood and prime steaks. Signature steaks include Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, Prime Ribeye and the Porterhouse.
In addition to prime steaks, some of the entree specialties include Veal Medallions, Fried Jumbo Gulf shrimp, Gulf Fish "Robert" (lump crabmeat, mushrooms and Beurre Blanc sauce), Yellowfin Tuna Steak and Shrimp Bordelaise.
