Savor the holiday spirit as Patio Planters of the Vieux Carré presents French Quarter residences dressed for the season. The self-guided walking tour includes interesting architectural styles and home furnishings, as well as a variety of collections of Christmas decorations. This December fundraiser is a prelude to the highly anticipated Caroling in Jackson Square later in the evening.
French Quarter residents will open their homes for the self-guided walking tour between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. Online tickets are $20 each (children 12 and under free). Tickets purchased the day of the event in person at $25 each.
Day of tour tickets will be available at Creole Delicacies, 533 St. Ann Street (at Jackson Square) and French Quarter Gem & Lapidary, 527 St. Philip Street (near Decatur), 1-888-756-6250.
Pickup of tickets purchased online takes place outside of 533 St. Ann Street (Creole Delicacies) from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM on Sunday, December 22. A reminder email will be sent to all purchasers approximately one week before the event.

No, this is a self-guided tour. When you pickup your tickets, you will be given a map to all the homes that you can visit in any order you like and at your leisure.
Can I buy my tickets the day of the tours?
Yes, although we cannot guarantee that tickets will still be available. We only sell a limited amount of tickets to minimize disruption in the homes. Buying tickets online guarantees access. Online ticket sales will end on Saturday, December 21 at 10:00 PM. In-person ticket purchases can be made on December 22, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Creole Delicacies, 533 St. Ann Street (at Jackson Square) (cash, check, or credit), and at French Quarter Gem & Lapidary, 527 St. Philip Street (near Decatur).
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
None at all. Children are welcome to attend and those age 12 and under are admitted at no cost. Please be aware that strollers may be difficult to maneuver in some homes due to space limitations.
