Chef John Besh remembers going to the Caribbean Room to celebrate with his family as a young boy. Generations of New Orleanians and city visitors would dine at the Caribbean Room to mark celebrations of every kind. Chef Chris Lusk leads the kitchen honoring the rich history of the Caribbean Room and bringing his contemporary, local and seasonal approach to every dish. Whether dressing up with the swells for a white tablecloth dinner or enjoying breakfast with a newspaper as the streetcars clang by, the Caribbean Room will provide a transportive, only-in-New Orleans experience to all.
