Description
Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of vegetables and often spicy and/or non spicy meat dishes. Ethiopian cuisine is traditionally eaten with your hands using something similar to bread called Injera (we do provide silverware upon request). Injera is the most vital component to Ethiopian cuisine. Injera is made from teff flour which is packed with calcium, protein, iron, and happens to be healthy and gluten free! Ethiopian cuisine would be most comparable to Indian cuisine. Ethiopian cuisine has been growing and receiving a lot of attention in the spot light within the last 5 years.
