Incinerate body fat, build strength and improve overall fitness while you alternate between timed intervals of rowing on Waterrowers and strength training in a fast paced 60-minute high intensity, low impact interval workout. You will never be bored and never plateau because the workout is always fun and always different! Space is limited to 12 participants to allow for more individualized attention from the trainer.
