Description
Liberty Fitness is tactical* training fitness boot camp classes led by Dawn Naquin, cPT. I have been a personal trainer for 18 years certified by The American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer and as a Health Coach, The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health and Fitness Specialist and am a TRX Qualified Trainer. I am also certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/AED.
~Each session includes TRX, cardio, strength training, core training, plyometrics, agility and flexibility exercises
~All classes have different ability and experience levels. All workouts can be scaled so that everyone gets in a challenging, fun, effective and doable workout!
~Current class times are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 am and 8:30 am. The cost is $15 per class. Discounted rates when purchasing packages.
