This high intensity strength and conditioning system is built on a randomization of functional movements so that the body does not become accustomed to the workout and can continually be improved. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises into a "Workout of the Day” or "WOD”. The program is designed for scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age or experience.
