Description
CrossFit is a fitness program that combines functional movements with weights with the goal of improving fitness. For our beginners, your first 12 classes will be our Fundamentals class where you'll learn the proper technique, skills, and movements that are the basis of CrossFit. With seven daily WODs (workouts of the day), there's no excuse to skip a day at the "box.”
Our professional, certified instructors are available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Under our guidance, we'll help you push yourself safely and attain the healthy lifestyle you deserve.
