St. Thomas Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), provides comprehensive primary care for both insured and uninsured patients in the New Orleans area.

VISION. To improve the health of the underserved of New Orleans.

PATIENTS. We accept most private insurance plans, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, GNOCHC and uninsured.

QUALITY. St Thomas CHC has been recognized by the National Council for Quality Assurance as a Level 3 Patient Centered-Medical Home. Level 3 the highest level possible and is the Gold Standard in health care quality.

SERVICES. St. Thomas CHC offers a full range of preventive and primary care services. In addition to the primary care services of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, St. Thomas CHC also offers OB/GYN, Mammography, Optometry, Cardiology, Nephrology and Rheumatology.
