Description
Dr Moussa obtained his Bachelors degree in dentistry from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2009. He then joined his father in a specialty practice with a focus on dental implant rehabilitation. In 2012 Dr Moussa started a fellowship program in periodontics at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. He then persued a Masters degree in periodontics and joined the residency program at CWRU.
Recognizing the importance of a sound understanding of prosthodontics in a surgical practice, Dr Moussa joined the fellowship program at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He currently maintains a full time position at LSU with focus on complex restorative dental implant treatment. He also maintains a part time private practice position at The Perioclinic.
Dr Moussa has lectured nationally and internationally on topics that include; Hard and soft tissue augmentation around implants, perio-plastic surgery, immediate implants, osseodensification and crown lengthening.
