Wayward Owl Brewing was started by Justin & Kristin Boswell in 2016. After brewing in the Seattle area since 2010, in 2014 as laws became more level headed concerning small breweries the Boswells decided it was time to relocate to Justin's home state of Louisiana & build their dream. After two years restoring the GEM theatre in Central City, that dream is now a reality. Our love for well crafted and highly drinkable beers is what inspired Wayward Owl but the community aspects of the brewing industry and our surrounding communities are what make it special. Wayward Owl Brewing makes beer in Louisiana for Louisiana, Brewed in the heart of New Orleans.
