Seven Three Distilling Co. proudly celebrates the perseverance of New Orleans' most colorful and culturally diverse neighborhoods. NOLA's storied city blocks are the true inspiration behind our distinctive line of distilled spirits such as Bywater Bourbon, Gentilly Gin, St. Roch Rum and Irish Channel Whiskey. Seven Three's raison d'etre is simply this, to provide quality offerings that capture perfectly the unmistakable flavor of this truly unique American city.

Seven Three is working with local farmers to source corn and wheat in Erwinville for our Bourbon; cane from Labadieville for our rum and agricole rum; and rice from Opelousas for our future experimental rice whiskey.
