Description
I got into coaching because of my passion for helping others find their confidence. I truly believe in the well roundedness found in CrossFit workouts and the community and social aspect as well! Here is a place to belong a be better.
Recently Ive had people reaching out to me about their personal physical fitness issues and goals. Some were concerned about getting started because they're so "out of shape" and not even knowing where to start in a gym. All the machines can be overwhelming. Here all classes are taught in detail by an experienced coach where you are free to ask questions. You will also be surrounded by other athletes who were once in your shoes when they first started!
Others reached out with lgbt concerns of locker room issues and such. As a trans-man myself I understand the uncomfortable situations a typical gym locker room can put the lgbt community in and all we want is a good workout. Well here it is! Everyone is welcomed (beginners, athletes, gay, straight, trans, gender neutral, black, white, hispanic, purple, green, gold!).
Beginners will be encouraged, gain knowledge, confidence, friends and a sense of belonging! Come better yourself and in turn help build a stronger happier community.
