Dr. Singer is a board certified Ophthalmologist who trained at Duke University and specializes in LASIK laser vision correction. He tries to make the surgery affordable to all and just $799/eye for any prescription with No Hidden Fees. He is on staff of Tulane Hospital. His partner Dr. Haley specializes in premium cataract lens surgery to try to eliminate all need for glasses. Surgery is performed in our Metairie, Baton Rouge, Westbank, Gonzales and Hammond Louisiana offices.
