We are not your ordinary primary care clinic. Our primary goal is to ensure you receive compassionate, timely and exceptional care. Additionally, we provide one-on-one case management to coordinate resources and implement care plans through online and in-person tools, so, you can conveniently track your progress. Walk in or schedule an appointment for our staff to administer minor labs, specialized physicals, immunizations and commonly prescribed medications. If you need to see a specialist, we will assist you step by step to coordinate your care. At a decent rate, we provide transportation to any of our patients—simply schedule 48 hours in advance. To advance preventive care, we provide at our clinic Monthly Wellness Meetings on topics ranging from diet to sexual health. We help you to achieve your treatment goals and maintain optimal health through long-term preventive services.
