Tulane English for Academic and Professional Purposes (EAPP) is a free, non-credit, ungraded program that is open to everyone. Our classes give students, scholars, and professionals the opportunity to learn the specialized English found in American universities and workplaces. This project-based, integrated skills course offers a foundation in modalities of English such as writing, speaking, reading, listening, as well as in aspects such as vocabulary, grammar, and socialization. In order to accommodate busy schedules, students enrolled in the EAPP program will use web-based studies and in-person sessions to improve their language and conversation skills. Participants can also receive optional, personalized communication assistance through individualized English sessions and regular meetings with our Tulane Conversation Partner Program (tinyurl.com/eslpartner).
